The City of Southfield, Oakland County, Michigan, will receive bids at the office of the City Clerk, 26000 Evergreen Road, P.O. Box 2055, Southfield, Michigan 48037-2055 up to 2:30 p.m., Local Time, on Tuesday, August 22, 2006 for the 2006 Southfield Local Street Improvement Program, Phase II, Drawings and Specifications may be obtained on Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at the Engineering Department Office, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan; by making a non refundable payment of $50.00 per set, payable by check, to the “City of Southfield”. The Contractor is advised that to submit a bid on this project, the Contractor must have purchased a set of plans and specifications from the City of Southfield. Qualified Minority (MBE) and Women (WBE) contractors are encouraged to bid on all City of Southfield construction projects.
