ITB-08-000064 - 2008 Annual Concrete Maintenance and Spot Repair Program

Summary of Specifications:
The City intends to issue to the successful bidder an on-going Maintenance and Spot Repair Contract, along with “emergency repairs” as needed, for the 2008 construction season, with the option to extend the Contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The City intends to issue a summary of work periodically during the calendar year and to have all the necessary work completed within thirty (30) days of issuance of the work orders. All work beyond the lists shall be considered an “emergency repair” and shall be completed within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. 

The Drawings and Specifications under which work is to be done are on file and may be examined at the Engineering Department office, City of Southfield, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, Construction Association of Michigan, Dodge Reports and Reed Construction Data. 

Drawings and Specifications may be obtained on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at the Engineering Department office, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, by making a non-refundable payment of $40.00 per set, payable by check to the City of Southfield.
