Summary of Specifications:
1. Provide and install at each of four (4) existing sanitary pump station sites a new status and alarm wireless telemetering system. . . 2. The Contract provides for the addition to provide and install at each of fourteen (14) additional existing sites a new status and alarm wireless telemetering system. . . 3. Provide and install at the DPW facility and police central dispatch a new central wireless telemetering system, and a new SCADA computer and software system. . 4. The Work shall include Startup at each site, Training of the Owner’s Personnel, extended Warrantees, and Service and Support Agreements, as described.
Drawings and Specifications under which work is to be done are on file and may be examined at the Engineering Department office, City of Southfield, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, Construction Association of Michigan, Dodge Reports and Reed Construction Data.
Drawings and Specifications may be obtained on Monday, September 22, 2008 at the Engineering Department office, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, by making a non-refundable payment of $45.00 per set, payable by check to the City of Southfield. There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting held at the City of Southfield Offices at 26000 Evergreen Rd., Southfield, Michigan in the Engineering Department on Monday September 29, 2008 at 2:00 pm. Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will result in a rejection of the bid.
