Summary of Specifications:
The Southfield Building Authority, will receive bids up to 11:00 a.m., Local Time on May 30, 2017, for the 46th District Court Roof Renovations, requiring the following work:
Remove existing roof systems and existing lightweight insulating fill down to the structural roof decks. Provide new roof insulation, both flat stock and tapered, as shown on the plans. Provide new fully-adhered 60 mil reinforced EPDM single-ply roof membrane and flashings. Provide new sheet metal coping, counterflashing, gutters and downspouts as shown on the plans. Remove and salvage doors, hardware and other miscellaneous architectural items as indicated. Provide doors and hardware as indicated. Tuckpoint masonry as indicated. Provide aluminum crossovers and roof ladders as noted on plan. Provide exterior finishes as indicated. Provide and install new lightning protection as noted on plan. Provide exterior lighting as shown on plans. Provide all incidental items required to complete the installation. Provide labeling of equipment devices and circuits, etc. required for proper identification of all electrical equipment and materials.
