Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield, Oakland County, Michigan, will receive bids at the office of the City Clerk, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, 48076 up to 11:00 A.M., Local Time on Thursday, May 5, 2016 for the 2016 Infrastructure Program – Bell Road – 11 Mile Road to 12 Mile Road – Watermain, Paving and Pathway. Bidders on this project must be pre-qualified by the City in either Water Main Construction or Asphalt Paving Construction. Contractors who have not been prequalified are invited to submit pre-qualification packages by no later than April 11, 2016 up to 3:30 pm per the requirements listed in the Contractor Qualifications – 2016 – 2018 Infrastructure Improvement Project documents (SOQ-16-033). 

This project includes the reconstruction of approximately 5,200 lft of two lane roadway with new watermain, curb and gutter, edge drain, bituminous pavement, and associated work as set forth in the plans and specifications prepared by Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. for their Project No. 20150036, and itemized within the property.
