This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is issued by the City of Southfield (the City). The RFP requests Technical and Cost Proposals from qualified Vendors (the “Proposers”) to provide Brush and Branch Chipping and Disposal Services (the Services).
The selected contractor shall be responsible for providing and maintaining all labor, equipment, materials, tools, insurance, permits, supervision, and all other items necessary to perform the Services in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
The initial collection contract will be effective July 1, 2024. The term of the contract will be a service period of three (3) years through June 30, 2027, with one (1) option to renew for a three (3) year period.
The City may hold proposals for a period of one hundred twenty days (120) days from opening for the purpose of reviewing results and investigating qualifications of Proposers prior to making an award.
