Summary of Specifications:
The Southfield Building Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Burgh Site Renovation Project. This project includes, but is not limited to removing and replacing windows and doors; painting; installing new lavatory fixtures; and new windows in the Town Hall Building as described in further detail in the attached specifications labeled Attachment C. The Art Center and Town Hall Buildings are located at 26080 Berg Road, Southfield, MI 48033.

Pre-Bid Meeting

Bidders will be held to have inspected the conditions under which they will be expected to perform. No additional charges will be allowed due to failure to inspect. In order to facilitate this inspection, a pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the work site. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for any company submitting a bid.
