• Rehabilitation of an existing parking area by removing existing pavers and replacement with asphalt
paving.
• Construction of new auto and bus parking areas with naturalized drainage swale, including new
paving, curbing, walks, striping and bike racks.
• Coordination and installation of underground water, sewer, gas, and electric utilities.
• Delegated design and construction of a heated, pre-engineered restroom structure with three
restrooms and janitor’s closet.
• Delegated design and construction of pre-engineered picnic shelter
