Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield, Oakland County, Michigan will receive Contractor Qualifications for various capital projects within the City. The qualification packages shall be submitted no later than the date specified within the project advertisement (generally 25 days prior to the bid date) for a project where in which the prospective contractor wishes to bid. Responses received after the prequalification deadline date will be evaluated for placement on the prequalifying list for future projects.
