Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is accepting proposals from qualified companies in accordance with specifications for two types of services (See complete document and attachment for details:

-- Lot I Cisco Remote Operations Services (CROS) to provide 24x7 remote monitoring of Cisco devices including telephony. This is a pro-active service that successfully coordinates people, processes and tools to ensure high-level availability of network services. This service may also be known as Netsolve. The City has seventy (70) devices in inventory as indicated in the attached Device Inventory Report.

-- Lot II is for a Cisco Smartnet hardware maintenance agreement.
