The City of Southfield is seeking qualification statements for the purpose of hiring a Professional Construction Manager to provide pre-construction services for the Conceptual Design and Planning Phase of the Southfield Municipal Campus Facility. The successful company should have experience in the following areas: construction cost estimating and budgeting, project phasing and scheduling, constructability and construction methods, reviewing designs for “value changes”, and experience with existing building renovation and new construction.

The successful company will be required to enter into a contract with and provide insurance acceptable to the City of Southfield. The City reserves the right to contract with one or more companies, if that action is deemed to be in its best interest.
