ITB-11-0045 - Cross Connection Control Management Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide services related to cross control connections program management. Companies must demonstrate expertise in the following areas: ability to complete inspections in accordance with all MDEQ requirements; follow-up and resolution of all non-conformities; data management and reporting of required information; and developing educational information (i.e. brochures, town hall awareness/informational meetings, etc.). 

The successful bidder will be required to: 1) enter into a two-year (2) contract with an option for an additional one-year renewal option as well as provide insurance acceptable to the City of Southfield; and 2) comply with the requirements of the City’s Living Wage Ordinance.
