The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building and all accessory structures located at: 

20635 WESTLAND 76-24-34-451-009 HOUSE AND DETACHED GARAGE 

The house is a one and a half story dwelling of 1,232 sq. ft. on a crawl space of 754 sq. ft. The detached garage is 480 sq. ft. of wood frame construction on a concrete slab. The house is constructed of block and wood frame with a mixture of asbestos, wood and aluminum siding with a gabled roof and asphalt shingles. The front porch is 36 sq. ft. on a concrete slab with a wood frame and brick veneer. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, garage, foundation walls, fencing, footings, concrete porch and driveway to exclude right-of-way sidewalk and approach.
