Summary of Specifications:
The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the fire damaged structure located at:

20920 DUNS SCOTUS 76-24-27-402-009 HOUSE AND ATTACHED GARAGE

The house is a two story structure with an attached garage, breezeway, front covered porch, rear aluminum sun room and basement. The first floor is 999 sq. ft., on a full basement with a 308 sq. ft. attached breezeway, a 484 sq. ft. attached garage, a front porch of approximately 234 sq. ft. and an aluminum sun room approximately 370 sq. ft. The first floor is wood frame construction with a brick façade and a shingled roof. The second floor is 400 sq. ft. wood frame construction with vinyl siding and a shingled roof. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, garage, foundation walls, floor, footings, concrete porches, slabs, walkways and driveway including the approach.
