The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building and all accessory structures located at:

24330 SIMMONS 76-24-20-227-006 HOUSE AND ATTACHED GARAGE The house is a single story of 1,096 sq. ft. with an attached garage of 391 sq. ft. which includes an attached shed of 24 sq. ft. all on a concrete slab. The building is constructed with wood frame, brick exterior and shingled roof. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, garage, foundation walls, footings, concrete porches, walkways and driveway.
