The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building located at: 20435 WESTLAND ST. # 7624-34-476-001

A wood sided, wood frame house (about 1,192 sq. ft., plus 152 sq. ft. enclosed porch) with junk and debris in the building and junk and tree debris on the property which must be removed, including all building foundations and footings.

The work shall be done in a first class manner and shall be complete in all details and must not begin until the issuance of necessary permits.
