The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building and all accessory structures located at: 17611 Cornell 76-24-36-301-005 A SINGLE FAMILY HOME WITH A DETACHED GARAGE

This structure is 1,304 sq. ft. (1) one story wood frame home on a basement with a 20’x 22’ detached wood frame garage on a concrete slab with wood siding. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, foundation walls, footings, concrete porches, walkways, driveway and (1) landscape light post. The sidewalk and the approach are to remain.
