The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building and all accessory structures located at: 20621 Westhaven, 76-24-34-457-002 HOUSE WITH DETACHED SHED The house is a wood framed one story ranch of 825 sq. ft 1st floor on a crawl space foundation with a combination of T1-11 wood siding. The detached wood framed shed is roughly 80 sq. ft. The attached first floor wood framed with masonry foundation front porch is roughly 50 sq. ft.
