The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building and all accessory structures located at: 20945 Virginia 76-24-15-180-009 HOUSE WITH ATTACHED GARAGE, INGROUND POOL, REAR DECK, COVERED FRONT PORCH AND REAR SHED
The house is a two story colonial of 2,175 sq. ft. total livable space. The 1st floor sits on a partial concrete slab foundation (540 sq. ft.) and a full basement foundation (710 sq. ft.) and has 925 sq. ft. for the 2nd floor. The house and attached garage has a combination of aluminum and brick veneer siding. The soffit and fascia are wrapped with an aluminum siding material. The attached 2-1/2 car garage (440 sq. ft.) sits on a slab on grade foundation. There is a covered front porch (120 sq. ft.) attached to the house on a concrete foundation. The rear in-ground pool with adjacent walk ways must be removed. The rear wooden deck is roughly 364 sq. ft. must be removed. The attached two and a half car garage on a slab on grade foundation of approximately 440 sq. ft. must also be removed.
