The house is 17’x 38’ ft single story home on a crawl space foundation with an attached 14’x17’ Carport The building is wood framed with vinyl siding. The lot shall be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, footings, and concrete porches. Trees within 15’ of the house shall be protected prior to any work taking place in accordance with City of Southfield requirements.
