Summary of Specifications:
The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building and all accessory structures located at: 21271 MADA 76-24-34-177-003 HOUSE DETACHED GARAGE, SWIMMING POOL AND TWO SHEDS

The house is a single story of 1,544 sq. ft on a partial concrete slab and crawl space. The detached garage is 518 sq.ft, constructed of masonry walls with wood and shingled roof. The swimming pool is a 336 sq.ft in-ground concrete pool with 4 ft concrete slab around. The two sheds are small utility sheds of approximately 100 sq.ft. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, garage, foundation walls, footings, concrete porches, walkways and driveway.
