The house is a wood framed one story ranch of 821 sq. ft 1st floor on a crawl space foundation with a combination of vinyl siding and brick veneer. The detached wood framed garage is roughly 640 sq. ft. The attached first floor wood framed front porch is 60 sq. ft. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, garage, foundation walls, footings, wood framed porches, concrete steps, slabs, walkways and driveway.
