The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the foundation and decking at: 24115 LEE BAKER 76-24-26-301-030, FOUNDATION AND TARPED, WOOD DECKING

The concrete foundation is approximately 1365 sq. ft. with a tarped wood decking. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to the foundation walls, footings and wood decking.
