ITB-14-032 - Demolition and Site Clearance of 21191 Andover

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is requesting bids for site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building and all accessory structures located at:  21191 Andover, a house with attached garage and rear deck 

The house is a one story ranch of 1,848 sq. ft on a combination of garden style basement foundation and slab foundation with brick veneer siding and with an attached 2-1/2 car garage (480 sq. ft.). The front portion of the house (750 sq. ft.) sits on a slab on grade foundation. The rear modular portion of the house (1,680 sq. ft.) sits on a garden style full basement foundation. The rear deck consists of a 696 sq. ft. wooden framed structure with wooden posted covered with brick veneer is attached to the rear of the house and sits on a pole holes foundation. The attached two and a half car garage of approximately 480 sq. ft. must also be removed. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, garage, deck, foundation walls, footings, concrete porches, patios, walkways and driveway.
