The City of Southfield is requesting bids for the site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building and all accessory structures located at:24315 EDGEMONT 76-24-30-126-032 HOUSE

The house is a 1,772 sq. ft. single story dwelling with a concrete slab of 514 sq. ft., a crawl space of 835 sq. ft. and a basement of 480 sq. ft. of wood frame construction with a gable roof and asphalt shingles. The front porch/deck is 639 sq. ft. and is constructed of wood. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, logs and downed trees in yard, foundation walls, footings, concrete porches, walkways and driveway.
