Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield (City) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from contractors who meet the qualifications stated in the Scope of Work described under Paragraph A. The City is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to abate, demolish, and remove the structures and parking areas at a property located at 17017 W. Nine Mile Road, Southfield, Michigan (Project). This property is known as the former Ramada Inn and Conference Center and is owned by the City. The site is approximately 5 acres and has a 19-story building of approximately 350,000 square feet in size built in 1973.
