Summary of Specifications:
The Cornerstone Development Authority (CDA) is seeking a qualified contractor to perform landscape maintenance within the Cornerstone District boundaries. Maintenance is to be done during the growing season from April 10, 2006 through October 27, 2006, and year-round trash collection to be done every other week from November 7, 2005 through April 3, 2006 with an option available to the CDA to renew the contract annually for two additional years. An adjusted quote for the 2007 and 2008 growing seasons shall also be included.
