Summary of Specifications:
*The City of Southfield is seeking bids on the purchase of a digital document scanning system for the City Clerk’s Office. Bids are requested on a Canon Model DR-5060F or approved equivalent. Bidders may submit a bid on any product provided that:

*It meets or exceeds these specifications, and

*You cite the precise specification(s) from which your product differs, stating how your product meets or exceeds the specifications(s) called for, and

*You include brochures, videos and/or a CD Rom of the alternate product.

*Failure of a bidder to furnish this information with their bid shall be interpreted to mean that no exceptions have been taken and the bid submitted is in exact compliance with the specifications. The determination of equivalence shall rest with the Purchasing Agent and the City Clerk.
