Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is soliciting proposals for the purchase of a new high speed, digital duplicating system, Xerox Docutech 135 or approved equivalent (Lot I), as well as a color copier, Konica 8031 or approved equivalent (Lot II). The determination of equivalency will rest with the Purchasing Agent and the Central Services Supervisor.

Proposals must include all hardware, software, installation and training services, necessary supplies, etc. to make the system operational. Include brochures or other descriptive literature of the product being offered with your response.
