ITB-11-0057 - Electrical Upgrades,Beech Woods Arena & Civic Center Complex

Summary of Specifications:
The Southfield Building Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Beech Woods Arena and Civic Center Complex Electrical Upgrades. This project includes, but is not limited to replacing existing mercury vapor lighting, incandescent downlights, and metal halide lighting; providing day-lighting sensors, and providing new electric vehicle charging stations. 





Pre-Bid Meeting Bidders will be held to have inspected the conditions under which they will be expected to perform. No additional charges will be allowed due to failure to inspect. In order to facilitate this inspection, a pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, September 9, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. local time. The meeting will begin in the Pavilion located at 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, MI 48076 and continue at the Beech Woods Facility located at 22000 Beech Road, Southfield, MI 48033. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for any company submitting a bid. 

Pricing Please quote prices as indicated. The Building Authority reserves the right to award all or a combination of any of the lots.
