Summary of Specifications:
1. Provide and install at the existing Grodan Sanitary Pump Station a new Emergency Power Standby Engine-Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch, with all required wire, conduit, reconnection, new gas utility service, appurtenances, etc., as described and indicated on the Contract Documents.
2. Provide and install at the existing Pebble Creek Sanitary Pump Station a new Emergency Power Standby Engine-Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch, with all required wire, conduit, reconnection, new gas utility service, appurtenances, etc., as described and indicated on the Contract Documents.
3. The Work shall include Startup at each site, Training of the Owner’s Personnel, extended Warrantees, and Service Agreements, as described.
The Drawings and Specifications under which work is to be done are on file and may be examined at the Engineering Department office, City of Southfield, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, Construction Association of Michigan, Dodge Reports and Reed Construction Data.
Drawings and Specifications may be obtained on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at the Engineering Department office, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, by making a non-refundable payment of $45.00 per set, payable by check to the City of Southfield.
