Summary of Specifications:
The Southfield Building Authority (Owner) is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to remove and replace one (1) existing gas-fired hot water boiler with two (2) new higher efficiency modulating gas-fired boilers, in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings (7 pages).

The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the Owner and provide bonds and insurance acceptable to the Owner. Copies of these requirements have been included for your review.
