22-012 - Flooring Installation at Fire Stations

The City of Southfield is soliciting bids from qualified companies to furnish and install new flooring at the listed Fire Stations. The successful company will be required to provide all labor, equipment, tools, products, supplies, supervision, and expertise required to remove the existing carpet, cove, and tile; prepare the floor for new flooring; and install the new carpet tiles, laminate flooring, cove base, and thresholds where needed, in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation requirements.
