Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield, Oakland County, Michigan, will receive bids at the office of the City Clerk, 26000 Evergreen Road, P.O. Box 2055, Southfield, Michigan, 48037-2055 up to 2:30 p.m., Local Time on Thursday, June 7, 2007 for the Franklin Court Resurfacing project (see specifications for details). 

Drawings and Specifications may be obtained on Thursday, May 24, 2007 at the Engineering Department office, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, by making a non-refundable payment of $40.00 per set, payable by check to the City of Southfield. 

A certified check, cash or surety bid bond payable to the City of Southfield for a sum not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the Proposal shall be required with each Proposal.
