The City of Southfield is seeking a solution to help the City Clerk’s Office manage the large volume of public records requests in accordance with the Michigan Freedom of Information Act; Act 442 of 1976.

The goal is to streamline the processes involved in submitting requests, assigning, tracking and responding to public records requests. The proposed system should present benefits for both requestors and the City, as well as provide detailed analytic reporting and workflow functionality.
