Summary of Specifications:
This request for proposals covers contract labor and service for HVAC Controls for City of Southfield owned buildings. The City is looking for an HVAC Mechanical Controls Contractor who has a minimum of five (5) years contract experience with sufficient permanent staff to provide emergency repairs and new construction as the needs of the City dictate. The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, and services required by the Facilities Maintenance Department to complete the service and emergency work as needed.
