Summary of Specifications:
The Southfield Growth Corporation is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Home Improvement Project located at 28489 Marshall and 28100 Everett, Southfield, MI 48076. This project involves both interior and exterior work as indicated in the drawings which are under separate attachment. A pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 2013 @ 10:00 am at 28100 Everett and 28489 Marshall will follow at 11:00am. The purpose of these meetings will be to provide a detailed understanding of the expectations under this contract; to address specific questions; and to offer an opportunity to thoroughly inspect the home and conditions under which contractors will be expected to perform. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for any company wanting to submit a proposal.
