ITB-11-0046 - Home Improvement Project at 28021 W. Kalong Circle

Summary of Specifications:
The Southfield Growth Corporation is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Home Improvement Project located at 28201 W. Kalong Circle, Southfield, MI 48034. This project involves both interior and exterior work which includes, but is not limited to installing interior wall, ceiling; doors; carpeting; bathroom and kitchen renovation; electrical work; and new windows as described in further detail in the attached specification notes (7 pages), inspection report (2 pages) and separate drawings (6 pages). Pre-Proposal Meeting A pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, August 18, 2011 at the home at 1:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting will be to provide a detailed understanding of the expectations under this contract; to address specific questions; and to offer an opportunity to inspect the home and conditions under which contractors will be expected to perform. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for any company wanting to submit a proposal.
