Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is soliciting bids for the purchase of an Ice Resurfacer as indicated below. Bidders may submit a bid on any product provided that: 

Bidders are welcome to offer exceptions and will be considered as long as these instructions are followed; *Bidders must provide accurate and clear responses; *Bidders must provide documentation indicating where their bids vary from the specifications. This documentation must be in the form of an attachment labeled “Exceptions to Specifications” and indicating the item number of the particular specification and a detailed description of the variance. Bids with variances that are made by simply offering a price with brochures will be considered unresponsive and subject to rejection. *Bids that are in complete compliance with the specifications must affirm this fact in the left margin with initials.
