The City of Southfield is seeking bids to establish contract pricing on janitorial chemical products for the Facilities Maintenance Department. Address questions to Nikki Lumpkin, Purchasing Department at 248/796-5251.

Items are to be quoted according to specified brands NO SUBSTITUTIONS ARE ALLOWED.

Please include Material Safety Data Sheets for each product being quoted.

Items will be ordered on an as-needed basis. Upon receipt of purchase order delivery will be within seven (7) to ten (10) days.

The successful bidder’s bid prices must be held firm for the one-year contract period.
