ITB-03-032 - Leak Proof Plastic Liners

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is soliciting quotations to vendors preferably within a 25 mile radius of City offices, on leak-proof plastic liners for the purpose of establishing contract pricing. The quantities, where indicated, are estimates of a six-month supply and are not guaranteed. Bid prices must be firm for a six-month period. Any price increases after the six-month period must be requested in writing to the Purchasing Department 30 days prior to the increase. Proposers must include one sample of each bag being quoted. If sample will be sent under separate cover please make sure that the package is clearly marked with your company name, as well as the description of the bag. Responses must be delivered by Tuesday, July 1, 2003, 2:30 p.m. local time to the Purchasing Agent, c/o the City Clerk's Office.
