24-042 - Library Exterior Improvements

The project will include hardscape and landscape improvements to the front entrance and rear
reading garden at the library building. The scope will include removal of existing concrete pavers,
preparation of the existing aggregate base, placement of concrete pavement, installation of
plantings, shade sail structure and site furnishings. The project will include plantings and
adjustment of the existing irrigation system.
