ITB-10-00039 - Locker Room Renovation Project

Summary of Specifications:
The Southfield Building Authority (Owner) is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to complete the locker room renovation project in accordance with the attached specifications (40 pages) and drawings (9 pages). The successful bidder will be required to provide insurance acceptable to the Owner. Bid Deposit All bidders must include a deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of their total, with their bids, and provide performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds in the amount of 50% of the project total. Pre-Bid Meeting Bidders will be held to have inspected the facility to determine the conditions under which they will be expected to perform. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Monday August 9, 2010 at 10:00 A. M. local time in the Department of Public Services Yard, 25501 Clara Lane, Southfield, MI 48034. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for any company wanting to submit a bid.
