SOQ-16-027 - Municipal Architectural Consultant Services

Summary of Specifications:
The successful company should have experience in the following areas: retrofitting parts of existing buildings; building expansion; capital replacement of equipment and parts of structures; evaluation on maintenance and smaller capital needs for equipment replacement, small renovations, repairs and special projects. Evaluations, studies, advice and recommendations on an ongoing basis may be required. All architectural disciplines could be required as well. The successful company (ies) will be required to enter into a contract with and provide insurance acceptable to the City of Southfield. The City reserves the right to contract with one or more companies, if that action is deemed to be in its best interest.
