Drawings and Specifications may be obtained on Tuesday, August 26, 2003 at the Purchasing Department office, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan. There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting and walk-through at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2003 beginning at the Council Study Room located on the first floor of the Southfield Municipal Building (Evergreen Road and Civic Center Drive), Southfield, Michigan.
