ITB-16-068 - Northland Mall Parking Lot Lighting Controls Relocation

Summary of Specifications:
The project consist of the relocation of the Northland Mall Parking Lot Lighting Controls and Power Supply from inside mechanical and electrical rooms to exterior free standing locations and shutting down of the associated sub stations located within the mall as set forth in the plans and specifications. The bid also includes an alternate bid for installation of underground conduits and wiring in reconnecting the parking lot lighting surrounding the H.A.P. building area. The bid also includes provisions for roadway lighting within J.L. Hudson Drive from Greenfield Road westerly to the northbound John Lodge (M-10) Service Drive.
