Summary of Specifications:
Prices must be firm for a period of six (6) months. Vendors may submit price escalations and de-escalations after this six-month period, based on documentable evidence (e.g. letter from factory) to the City of Southfield Purchasing Department, and the Central Services Department.

Approximately twenty (20) deliveries will be made during the period of one-year. This is an estimate and may be adjusted to accommodate the City=s needs without penalty to the City. INSIDE DELIVERY IS REQUIRED AND SHALL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR BID.

The terms of this contract shall cover a one (1) year period from date of Council award tentatively scheduled for October 10, 2006, with an option for two, one-year renewals.
