Summary of Specifications:
The work consists of the installation of concrete walkways, concrete pads, bench, bike rack and bus shelter installations within existing municipally owned property. The Project Area for the bus shelter implementation consists of five areas within the rights-of-way. The first location is along Civic Centre Drive from the intersection of the John C. Lodge continuing east terminating at Evergreen Road in Southfield. The second location is located in the outdoor plaza located on Central Park Boulevard just north of Civic Centre Drive. The third location is on the east and west sides of evergreen just north of Ten Mile. The fourth location is on the north and south sides of Ten Mile near LTU. The fifth project area is located on the east side of the Civic Center building
