Summary of Specifications:
This Request for Proposal is for the restoration of the Civic Center Plaza of the City of Southfield Municipal Complex located at 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, MI. The City will purchase and provide for the contractor’s use, the concrete paver and pedestal materials, and planters. The remainder of this project will be awarded as a turn key project with single source responsibility for all aspects the work including, but not limited to, all pre-commencement inspections, demolition, restoration, installation of waterproofing membrane and paver system, certifications and warranties as required in the completion of the work as described in the bid specifications.
