Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield (City), is seeking proposals for the purpose of hiring a property management firm for the Northland Mall Site located at 21500 Northwestern Highway and 21125 Greenfield Road, Southfield, MI 48075.

The successful company will be required to enter into a contract for a six (6) month period with the option to extend for an additional six (6) months at terms mutually agreeable to the City and the firm. The selected firm must provide insurance acceptable to the City of Southfield in order to provide the services as described herein.
